Who actually comes when your EV stops: state motoring clubs, insurers and manufacturer programs, and how each handles electric vehicles.

If anyone is in danger, call 000 first. Then, whichever state you are in, 13 11 11 reaches the local motoring club: NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAC, RAA, RACT or AANT. Members get it as part of their cover, and non-members can usually join over the phone on the spot at a premium.
