The important bits
- Emergencies. This site is not an emergency service. If you or anyone else is in danger on the road, call 000. For a breakdown, call your roadside assistance provider.
- Coverage and pricing change. Motoring clubs, insurers, carmakers and charging networks revise products, pricing and terms regularly. We date our pages and update them as we can, but always confirm current details with the provider before making decisions.
- Your vehicle. Follow your vehicle manufacturer’s instructions — particularly around towing, charging equipment and high-voltage systems. When this site and your owner’s manual disagree, trust the manual.
- Independence. We have no commercial relationships with the providers we cover. If that ever changes, affected pages will say so clearly.
